Urumi shield invisible when placed via scenario editor. This problem exists since game release.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Go to Tools -> Scenario Editor
- Place Unit -> INF Urumi or MAN Urumi (notice shield is missing)
- Play-Test the scenario, shield still is missing.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was supposed to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Shield of Urumi should work on scenarios just like it does on Skirmish matches
ACTUAL RESULT

Shield is missing for Urumi regular and Mansabdar when placed in Scenario Editor.
