Another problem is this game in competitive only for EU/ US, other region do not have any chance go far from that for several reasons.
We have had constant evidence that people are being heard though. Look at all the patches and updates, almost every single thing they add or change is directly based on what many people have been asking for.

At this stage it deserves to die. 3 more months, 3 more months, 3 more months I donât wanna play this game if it takes 10 years for them to polish.

Its not that people are not being heard. Its takes them 3 months to release a patch that fixes one a few of annoyances and the rest are there still in the game. Every third or forth game is resulted in sync error. If they had actively listened when the player base was there. It wouldnât have reached this miserable state. Now due to low player counter the experience is getting worse and worse. More people leaving, even worse match making. Bugs and hacks everywhere. Now even match making gets bugged. If a single player mm is bugged the lobby will be disconnected and if he gets to your lobby again wait another 3 or 4 min.
THEY SHOULD FOCUS ON FIXING WHATS IN THE GAME INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON RELEASING MORE BUGGY STUFF.

What are you even talking about? There are consistently patches every month.
25-33% of games are not resulting in a sync error, thatâs nonsense.
Matchmaking still seems fine. If you are talking about the ranks in ranked, then yeah they did a wonky system for the first season that they hopefully change, but those ranks are not used for matchmaking, the hidden elo is used. This could result in a silver playing against a platinum, but their actual hidden ranking would be reasonable.
Bugs and hacks everywhere? There are a few bugs left for sure, most have been fixed at this point.
It seems they have been focusing on fixing whatâs in the game? They havenât even talked about releasing new DLC yet. Maybe they are not working as fast as some of us would like, but to say they have not been listening to feedback is straight up false.
The game also arguably released too early and they are playing catchup. But why beat that dead horse any more? Nothing can change that.

I said people feel that way. Iâm not expecting people to take direct correlation from patch notes to feedback. If you believe Relic has done a good job of communicating with the community then Iâm not sure they can do any wrong in your eyes.

Shift click bug. When ever you shift click something to do the thing game doesnât recognize the shift. For example trying to scout around enemy base by shift clicking and final click is between enemy TC and your scout and scout ends up running straight to TC.
I havenât really screwed up by losing the scout but this affects anything when using shift click. Most affecting thing for me personally is using IO with tax collection + supervision with shift click. IO ends up going to return tax but not returning to supervision but walks next to resource building etc.
Drop hacks not been fixed there is also either hacks or exploits with relics too. Seen ppl using 2 wololols twice in row or Rus warrior monks running during wololol.
Also In TGâs player that has been eliminated keeps consuming resources and units keep attacking till their command is completed or unit is killed.
Some of the problems that came to my mind quickly thinking of them
i bought half a game for 99 dollars i want the other half, what is so bad with this? I spent money and the game delivered was not finished, I have every right to complain. They should respect the fact that they asked people to pay premium for a game that was not finished and now people are malding that people are mad and want things fixed?
if you paid 99 dollars for an unfinished game you would be up in arms as well.

Facts:
-the game had a terrible state on release
-the first meaningful patch that was supposed to be fixing things which should have been fixed BEFORE the release of the 60⏠game was waaaaaayyyy delayed and addressed waaaayyy to few parts of the game
- communication by Devs is poor and made community increasingly salty

ww2 scenario games had been there enough - so no need for an new one.
Still not an excuse why the game should not be refundable after the broken promises that the dev give us.

remenber the trailer that promised that it was going to be the best aoe during annoucement ?(Age of Empires IV Announce Trailer - YouTube), remenber the water combat that would change for better in aoe 4 in an preview trailer before launch? (Age of Empires IV - Traces of History - Naval Warfare - YouTube), remenber the assymetric civ design and not the coockie civs that aoe 4 should have and they promised?, remenber the bush hide mechanic that would make aoe 4 dynamics and not a gimmick in 1 map like this trailer in 2:44(Age of Empires IV - Gameplay Trailer - YouTube), remeneber how they still pretending that they solved everything meanwhile the game struggles internally with the accolades video? (Age Of Empires IV - Accolades Trailer - YouTube). small details that makes you realize the lies they told us.

most of them are worse than their counterpart or bugged. ALSO its a 4th part which i should be better than previous one. to add more to that ms put themselves the goal that they have to reach but they didnât. Most of the player eat the hype and promise and got dissapointed and leave forever.
