Warrior priest works differently on multiplayer/skirmish

Warrior priest dont start to work automatically on community plaza when tasked the spawn flag from the plaza or TC (shipments).
The plaza thing only happens on multiplayer while it works properly on skirmishes. TC issue on both modes.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game with aztecs
  2. Set holy dance (warrior priest dance) and set training point to plaza
  3. Wait until a priest is trained.
  4. Compare multiplayer and skirmish modes

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Warrior priest would work automatically when flag is on plaza on both modes.

I think it is just coincidence. This functionality is generally bugged.
Here is the Bug Report:

Devs confirmed already that they are aware of it.
