agreed, I dont think vision is good idea as this is one of the function why we build market.
Having value system among players is a possible idea.
With 2200-2400 you mean the combined Elo of both teammates right…???

2200-2400 ELO is the medium ranking of each teammate in my teams…

There you can see the ratings, 2200 is almost top 10% of playerbase in teamgames… do not think of 2200 1v1 elo, thats just viper and such xD
Problem there is the inflated teamgame rating. This means that this elo does not represent skill, but more a compination of your real skill and the number of games played (and even when they were played, because in a year it will be pretty much easier to win at 1.7k than it is now (bc of inflation)).
So how can this be fixed?
Solution 1: use the way more accurate 1v1 rating.
Problem with this is trolling would be pretty easy (i loose some 1v1s and will get easy teamgames, so maybe not the beest solution…
Solution 2: just do not use any elo for matchmaking.
Well pretty clear this would be unbalanced af… so no to this one
Solution 3: Fix teamgame elo (so no more inflation is happening).
I get this is complicated, but it is the only possible way I see to finally fix teamgames (besides of massive lag)

You are correct, most times we talk about 1v1 elo, because it is somewhat showing your skill, compared to teamelo that is not as depended on skill. But as far as I get this thread is about teamgames where the difference in skill between players is considered huge. And therefore I think the reason for this is the inflated elo
Is not only about communication, is more about people not knowing how to play as pocket, things like fc/booming into letting your team die and the try to 2v1 usually doesn’t work vs decent opponents and then the classic: “My flank is a noob” after letting them die for 25 min, if you have that mentality that you can always win by yourself in tg by just booming you are in the wrong.
