here is the update of my graph; since my last post, changerate only increased
We can see a pattern now: 5 days of changes - 2 days of no changes (saturday and sunday)
this indicates human work, and not (what has been suggested) automated changes by steam for example. I guess its also more than one developer, since at a first glance, the excact hours changes occur seem very irregular and if it would be only one guy, his sleep schedule is seriously fucked up

If it was that FE is working on it, it could be outsourced work working on different countries.
Those wacky times can easily be attributed to Tantalus over in Australia.

First update roughly an hour ago, which could be either late Australian time or early EU. But it definitely confirms that it’s human work and not an automated update.

Why would the production of DLC somehow interfere with the steam DB? Did something add to the game, some files? Why would they need to interfere with the steam update… maybe it means absolutely nothing…

Yeah making a DLC in principle could be inside their private network, if it is modifying Steam it must be either internal private betas they are adding in steam for testing, or they are modifying something to do with Steam features or tools of the game…
Are there any developer who knows which things exactly modify the list change in SteamDB?
Well, because we had this particular update in January:

It affected AoE 3 and a yet unknown app.
Cross-checking with AoM, it had a similar update in November:

That update likewise affected AoM as well as an unknown app which turned out to be the Expansion pass that contained Demeter as well as the Aztecs.
So it is fair to assume that the Baltic DLC may have been uncancelled.

Could be cosmetic DLC, but people would go rage mode, as I said before IRC

No idea. I don’t know how long a 3D model takes to make.
Lets see now that AoM Aztecs have been released. If they announce more AoM content, I wont be much optimist.
