Where is the best place to request to the devleopers to add specific updates to the editor?

I have a few ideas that would make my life dramatically easier and would like to suggest them to the developers. Is there a specific place to do that, or is this it?

you can just make suggestions here and hope for the devs to see it.

There needs to be a dedicated sticky specifically for scenario editor suggestions, and a separate one for bugs. I would have dozens of each to add as well.
