You’re just coping. He spent resources to counter the gatlings. That’s what you do in an RTS game.

So french spent 2k res equivalent, looks like usa shipped 3 age 3 cards, rolling gatlings card twice and coffee mill guns, 3 fortress age cards has a potential resource value of 3k.

then Gatling would have problem against light infantry, which artillery are suppose to hard counter.

ye and look at gatling not killing skirm because skirm has range resist, -_-

All you have to do is give it more negative multipliers vs the units that artillery isn’t supposed to be good against. And, it shouldn’t be better than heavy cannons or mortars vs buildings either.
