Bugs, bugs, bugsā€¦ this patch is full of bugs.
Is unplayable.
Yesterday me and my friend tried to play 2 games.
Both games frozen in Dark Age. with multiple weird bugs.

Thatā€™s was my impression too.
I actually believe now that they donā€™t have a QA.
And also they donā€™t seems to do basic unit test

I had the UI issues, but without the improved tech tree is gone. But i still cant replay any recorded games from yesterday and back. Fix it please.

Reduced wolf numbers is ridiculous. Itā€™s part of the game to send a vill off and die to a wolf. As annoying as that is, this should not have been tampered with. Thatā€™s an essential part of the game DNA

If you have having UI issues then just turn off your mods until they are updated.

CANT REINSTALL THE GAME! DOESNT DOWNLOAD

  1. End MS store with task manager, DONE!
  2. wsreset and reboot commands, DONE!
  3. Check windows update and installed all, DONE!
  4. Reboot router, DONE!
  5. Reboot pc, DONE!
  6. Install another game from MS store, DONE!
  7. Try to install AOE 2 definitive edition, still not working.

When I click ā€œinstallā€ and then I choose deestination of installation and click again install, still not working and appears the same button of ā€œinstallā€, not working anything.!

Nothing its working!

Am I the only one suffering from this since the patch last night or the night before? lol

This issue persists through all of the games menus, including the server browser. The faction symbols for 6 of the factions arenā€™t right too, for example in this game the red player at the top was playing as the Aztecā€™s, his factions symbol appears to be a piece of wood? lol

The title of this topic is misleading: it should be ā€œAge of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Update 36906ā€. When Iā€™ve read the title for the first time, I thought it was about Age of Empires: Definitive edition.

Did you restart the game after disabling all mods? That seems needed to fix the UI issues.
