I mean, you are wrong, but considering you will argue that Leonese and (old) Castillian are less close than Aragonese and (old) Castillian I think you just are a Portuguese that needs to defend their national identity despite it not making much sense
So it indeed looks like both announcement ( release ? ) of expansion and new event and February PUP overall are all coming togheter. I still don’t think Venice is coming, but yeah, everything can happend now. Afterall Venetians often use Portuguese as placeholder civilization in campaign. If they would add Venice that also could explain “Porto”.

do we know for sure a new expansion is coming tough or we are just getting our expectations fly? just wondering, cause at this point i pretty much want an announcement an day, while maybe the devs are just chillin lol
A new DLC was uploaded to steamdb. It’s receiving updates.
We also know that there will be a Venetian carnival themed seasonal event.
What the DLC will include and when it will be released is at this point pure speculation.

i go for africa on this dlc. 3rd biggest continent have just 3 civs wth? and the smallest (Europe if we don’t count Oceania) have 20+

same with america 2nd biggest continet of the world and 3 civs? there was a lot more of native civilizations. But people just think on Aztecs, Mayans and Incas.

The size of the continent isn’t really relevant. Antarctica is also bigger than Europe, after all. As much as I want more to see more love given to the rest of the world, For instance, I think Africa needs more civs to be properly represented than the Americas, despite the Americas covering a wider land area.
