But why you need a standard heavy cav unit?? Japan or India dont have one for example while chinacos have a better anti infantry bonus. Why do you focus so much in using heavy cavalry to stop heavy cavalry??? Even, chinacos with their higher range are better in masses due to 2nd line chinacos can attack from behind

I like all of this generally, but I must comment on some of the additions to the revolts, Peru specifically. I think you leaned too heavily into the Inca theme on this one, which came at cost of having an opportunity to portray a uniquely Peruvian style of military and economy. I would consider either “Peruvianizing” the cards which are hardcopies of stuff from the Incans and/or adding in cards, as you did for Brazil and Argentina, which are wholly unique to the revolt. Keep some of the inca stuff, such as having an alliance with the Quecha, but also add some cards and features to make it feel like you aren’t just playing Inca-but-with arsenal upgrades.
Team game is not hard to balance.
Real difficulty is when some people here seeing you are talking about team game balance, they will go mad at once no matter your suggestion doesn’t refer 1v1 or even top players saying so.
If you start to talk about team game balance here, people will come to complain why are you so selfish, the game should only talk about 1v1, 1v1 has rank and tournaments. They don’t care team game has more people joining, also has rank and tournaments, but you are selfish if talking team here.
They also don’t care your opinion influences 1v1 or not, even you talk about team card they will rush to you and say why are you going to touch this civ, even this card never considered in 1v1.
Tried many times and not only one people had this behaviour.
The problem with the Peru revolution, specifically how it leans to too much into the Inca theme is also similar to the problem of the Haiti revolution.
Haiti, a revolution that throws the shackles off and rebels against the French to become the 19th century black majority civ leans too much into the centuries out of date (unrelated) buccaneer history. Pirates and the Brethren of the Coast/Letters of Marque shipments have nothing to do with Haiti.
Also, not a good Revolution choice for the Brit. A ‘Pirate Republic’ rev would make more sense for them (and possibly more), though I’d still not include Letters of Marque as that reference makes more sense for Euro nations (they’re commissions/contracts for Buccaneers/Privateers, no outright criminal pirates - enemies to all!).

Japan has Golden Pavilion, their unit basic status should -3%
Japan has bank, vils gathering gold mine should -3%

Ashi 4.5 % more than general 4, their basic status should -3%
Yabusame 45% RR and x7 against artillery, should nerf these two bonus as general dragoon

Don’t say anything they are weaker because you also can’t see from other civs.
This is not viable, but San Martin with all the Spanish cards is basically the best Cuirassier in the game.
Considering that the card would seem to be unique to the Argentine revolution, the developers could change the name of the card and the appearance of the unit.
Another unit that I would love to see would be the Güemes Infernales, they are practically a unit that could occupy almost any position in the game. As cavalry units they could use lassos, lances and sabers, as infantry units they could use rifles with bayonets, they specialized in guerrilla tactics and kept Spanish incursions at bay for 11 years.
Regarding the new cards of the Argentine revolution, I think that the developers gave us an excellent patch and substantially improved the revolution, it seems that they invested a lot of time and effort. I thank you for this patch and forgive me if my previous requests sound like discontent, I assure you that is not the case.
I think the infernals would be a bit too much, in terms of content bloat. The revolution design has everything it needs to be usable by the 3 civs that can revolt into it, and has enough tools to be used in a reasonable window of time. After all, revolts are an all in assault that turns eco power into military power.
If there were to be an Argentine civ Infernals should be a card that turns gauchos into Infernales.
