A fair point. I should be taking newer players into consideration. The devs are adding a new toggle above the Deck list that allows you to view the cards of revolutions available to that civ, which will make things easier for newer players. No more having to look up the Wiki all the time.
I did recommend a Brazil civ for a more “straightforward” Fed American civ. Maybe incorporate a separatist rebel movement like the Riograndense Republic as a revolution option or at least reference it.
A Gran Colombia civ age-up system like the one untitledjuan proposed here would incorporate additional Latin American independence movements such as those in Venezuela, Bolivia, and other countries. It would offer the chance to see new unit variations and HCC cards while also giving those countries some representation in AoE3. But I’d be happy with an improved Gran Colombia revolt too.
I would really appreciate another revolution bonus for players that revolt into Gran Colombia on land. Instead of 2 Ironclads, give us a heavy cannon instead.
Maya is such a fun revolt. It really changes how the Mexico civ normally plays.
I did propose British Raj as an alternative age-up option for India, but I guess a British revolt option could work?
