Will they come again? I am talking about icons, ranks, an option to chat ingame (only thing now is steam? I think?), viewing the Home cities of the other players, medals, chatroom, browsing lobbies while in a lobby, friend list, block list… Basically everything ESO has. Why are those features stripped in the first place?

It’s maybe the worst problem in DE to enjoy the multiplayer, exept for the quicksearch system, the game shows no rank or skill indicator.
It’s a kind of game in which it’s not possible to mix skill inside the same lobby, nobody gonna enjoy it.
On AOE classical, I’m a colonel pr 35. I have no problem to 1v2 or maybe 1v3 a lieutenant, not even talking about everybody who’s pr 0 to 20… and there’s players way better than me.
Nobody wants to use the QuickSearch system because we can’t cho…
People confuse casual games with “noob” games, thats a huge issue. It was the same in aoe2, a new player is scared of playing rated then goes into casual, and gets demolished 5 times in a row, and have no idea whats going on… We MUST have visible rankings for fair games to be possible.
Imagine current/old eso, if I host a game “mid tier players only” how is someone supposed to know what the skill level of players in there? A master sargent might think he is mid tier because he is way better the…
Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition, on first sight looks like an amazing overhaul of the original title. Gameplay balance, 4K textures and a lot of quality of life improvements, there is a lot to like.
