you can give whatever role you want to it, but I still trust Hera, Viper, Daut, Lierreyy etc’s opinions and actual gameplay much more than you
have any of them tested it since the change? all you have is hera’s initial reaction, which is not proof. he has done ZERO testing of the unit.

Hera and Viper were wrong about Goths. Goths were consistently strong for 2 months now, and were at the top of the winrate when they were at their weakest.

Well, 20 seconds more isn’t a huge nerf.
On that I agree, I mean, they are a better now, there is no denying that, but they still lack a specific role, I think Indians still have better options than EA.
Still it’s better than nothing, and a lot of civs that we discussed that needed some change weren’t even considered.

These are your words. Pretty vile ones. You wanted a buff for them and they delivered two of them, if you are not satisfied with it, not their fault. At most I’ll give them anti archer and hence anti skirm bonus if the current changes are truly not good enough

Hera actually says it might be a little bit more viable. that would be better then F tier. he also claims it doesn’t deal a lot of dmg.
the unit literally has the dps of a cav archer.
so by your logic, hera is saying almost every archer in the game is low dps.
bet most people would disagree with him.

They already lack champion upgrade, yes supplies is useful, but they rarely used the militia line, so they nerfed a thing that they barely use.

hera also said it was low dps. the unit has the same dps as a cav archer.
so is almost every archer in the game now a low dps unit? according to you, that would be yes.

I don’t think they ever used it either way, they had their better eagles to deal with that
I don’t think repeating this is going to make it more relevant and I don’t need to tell him because I can judge it for myself. I just want you to not pretend like its not your negative opinion reflected on this thread, its Hera’s.
I wanted it to be usably good for all its cost like the Ballista Elephant which it wasn’t pre buff and they delivered.
