Enhanced Graphics (UHD) is not enabled and greyed out after latest update

After updating my game to the version mentioned above, graphics looked so bad.

I looked at the “Graphics” tab in game options & found out that the “Enhanced Graphics (UHD)” is unticked and greyed out.

I tried uninstalling the game and all DLCs and redownloading, still same issue.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Update game to Version 101.103.22566.0 (#153638)

I should be able to enable the “Enhanced Graphics (UHD)” Graphics option.

There are no DLCs installed for the game even though they are downloaded and installed (Graphics Pack included)

Not resolved yet.
Every games are affected, not only age of empires II definitive edition, all installed games from microsoft store, a problem with “offline mode enabled”. We are without response now.

Was you on the main menu when you went to options? If you are in game, you cannot toggle this option. (It will be grayed out.)

I have the same issue. I’ve reinstalled the UHD addon but same result it’s still grey. Before the last patch i’ve always played with uhd graphics enabled since the beginning of DE so many years… Today it’s impossible to play in 4K resolution without the UHD graphics enabled it’s too small. Result: i’ve stopped to play in this state of shape.
