Howdy, y’all!
I’m replying to myself again here as we have a new update! :sparkles:

There’s a PUP (Public Update Preview) build on Steam out that has a potential fix for this Francis Drake reward skin not being awarded.

If affected users can switch to the Update Preview then the skin should unlock for them (if entitled to it).

The unlock should happen shortly after loading into the main menu, but there is no popup to say that the skin has been unlocked. Here’s some useful links about the PUP!

If you don’t switch to the Update Preview in time before it disappears then the skin unlock should happen when the new update comes out to the live build.

I think I should have met the requirements for unlocking the skin, but it didn’t become unlocked for me either, and playing another game / resetting / etc. didn’t work for me.

My Steam profile IS number is 76561198250091314 if that’s what number you need?

Hey Breadalus! The first fix didn’t work, but switching to the PUP and then back did do the trick and unlocked the skin for me. Many thanks for the fix (and I’m glad you don’t have to manually do it for me :sweat_smile:)!
