Seems like there is at decent chance that a HRE prelate/priest will come out of the town center without the ability to inspire villages automatically. You can still inspire manually, but the auto cast behavior does not work. Basically it seems like you get at least one useless priest per game. Unless there is a “max number of priest that can inspire at a time” that I do not know about.

HRE Bugs

It should be a known thing, as I noted all that in the beta survey and was not the only one to do so… But the issues still persist. Each and every one of them. The HRE has no coat of arms on their shields, they are blank. The mace upgrade makes MAA actually worse as it slows attack speed from 1.25 to ~2.3. Combine that with the twohander tech and the mace upgrade only offers +3 bonus damage vs heavy instead of the +6. It’s smarter to only use the twohander tech and ignore the mace one. What’s …
