I retry multiple times in a row until it works
(Coincidentally, I accidentally pasted an image while writing this and the one time I wouldn’t mind, I didn’t get an error)
Good thing the Incas will never follow the Persians as an inaccurate architectural style.
New animals, : Rhea, Guanaco, Black jaguar, Anaconda, Andean Condor (two on the screenshot of the Incan town : one on the top of the fortified tower and the second below the far right).
Capybara as herdable, inaccurate because there were never domesticated but nice !
Papaya bush, araucaria, palm tree.
Marvelous Tupi wonder with waterfall
Bolas rider for the mapuche, maybe trained in the archery range and the other UU in the castle.
Eagle warrior replaced with regional unit for south America as expected. New siege ship for american civilizations.
I didn’t see dropsite except for the new Settlements building maybe this will be their only dropsite building ?
They were constructed using tiered earthworks, with each level having walls protecting the edges. Projectiles were launched from the upper levels.
Depending on the culture, the materials used varied: Some were made of clay on the coast, which doesn’t preserve well without maintenance, so many of them now appear as mounds or hills.
Now at first I thought one image must precede the other but if you really look closely there are a couple inconsistencies in regards to where units are that would seem to suggest these are not from the same recording.
Seeing the promotional images just makes me want to play it even more. I just hope that they’ve also done unit lines recordings for all the new civs, as I wouldn’t want to hear 4 times the Inca unit lines (like what they did with 3K).
That would be nice indeed. The voice lines I would redo are the Gothic, Aztec, Byzantines, Italians, Jurchen, Khitans, Huns and Portuguese ones. Made a post about this a while ago:
I would like that Tupi were more focused in stealth and sabotage tactics.
Maybe give Blackwood Archer hiding ability, and Ibirapuera Warrior the ability to trespassing woodlines and even ¿swim? in light water (rivers) at a very slow speed.
