The Battle of the Talas was a battle between the Arabs with their Tibetan allies and Chinese with their Kashmiri and Turkic allies.
So its saracens and mongols on one side and chinese tatars and maybe some indian faction on the other side.
Stop repeating stuff from a source that’s already been shown to be inaccurate.

The “campaign focused” expansion contains 0 campaigns.
We had to wait for an event cause there was just sooooooo much news to tell us they weren’t delivering us what they explicitly said they were delivering?
This goes beyond corporate speak. They just out-right lied to us.

The animated graphics packs contain equally as many campaigns and the “campaign focused” expansion. Presumably then the animated graphics packs are also “campaign focused”

In concept I don’t have an issue with them polishing the personal scenarios of one of their on staff scenario members. I’m sure they’ll be fun.
Just don’t lie to us and tell us the expansion will be “campaign focused” when it unambiguously has no focus what-so-ever on campaigns.
This expansions focuses on new civs just as much as it focuses on campaigns.
Why should we trust anything we’re told if they’re going to pull this?

I’d prefer 3x6 = 18 any day.
