If all these civs come to the game, I would be the happiest man on Earth.
I think since DE did not received any new asian civilization , devs will definitely investigate suitable Asian civilizations for AOE III DE after african expansion.

He said it’s somalia flag . I think because they have some units in historical battles, it’s possible they become 3rd African civ

I would hope for Morocco over Somalia, because Somalia’s period of importance was in the Middle Ages, and then they basically became Ottoman-adjacent.
Somalia is cool and all, but it is just going to be another Aztecs.

The forum has always been more clever which civs should be added than the developers.

Hausa
Moroccans
Zulus
Dahomeys
Yoruba
Ashanti
and even Kongolese should be in aoe3 faster than Somalis which would be a perfect civ for aoe2.

Since we get a civ from east africa (Ethiopians) and west africa (Hausa) i hope that we get something from the north and south of africa respectively, i would hope for Morroccans and maybe Zulu if they fit the timeline well.
