My game crashed today two times in 4 matches. There were no prior lags. It does not seem to be a connection issue cause I do not drop out of discord.
edit: it happened in unranked mp matches

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. play a match… edit: unranked mp

not crashing

:backhand_index_pointing_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

:play_button: GAME FILES (SAVE / RECORDING)

:backhand_index_pointing_down: Attach a SAVE GAME (.aoe2spgame) or GAME RECORDING (.aoe2record) of the match where you encountered the issue. Link it below if using an external file service.

is this ranked? or in normal lobbies? also if its against human or against AI do you know?

Ah missed that. I was playing unranked mp matches. Can’t say if it happens in single player.

I have this too, but I emcounter it every match. Its unplayable and it tilts me out.

Yeah, cant really play any mp matches at the moment.

Not the kind of bug I would let stay in. And it’s been weeks since people started havint it.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?
I am now reinstalling but my hopes aren’t high.

Reinstalling didn’t help. The game crashed after 15 min in first match…

I’ve been kicking form queue and get punishment (30 min) for nothing. Don’t f@cin say you are tracking issue, go and finally fix this shit!!!

Having the same issue!
40%~50% drop the game
no help when reinstall
cant matching the game when use the Enhanced Logging Build Beta

Unfortunately reinstalling the game doesn’t solve the issue :frowning:

Perhaps you could tell us WHEN the issue will be solved. It’s been over a week since people started reporting these crashes thanks to the new update, and the game is completely unplayable.

It also happens in single player. I’ve just played a match against the AI and the game crashed within 10 min.
The game is absolutly unplayable for me and also for others. Please fix this.

I have the same issue in unranked, ranked and even main menu + specs. No lags but since update 31.01. I have 50% crash of games (game is closing with no error)
