Solution to make india more played in treaty

Everything have you said it’s my POV not only about siege elephants

Im not sure if I understand this part, every civ have military cards that affect EVERY UNIT OF 1 TYPE (cav/inf combat…), indians cant buff natives or mercs by this way.

Wood isnt a problem, at least in treaty. They fail in coin economy, after fur trade run out they are dead.

I would switch dutch for portuguese, a useless one thanks to mughal architecture (a must to have)

I dont know how hard would be to add but I would remove their possibility to attack no atillery units, it’s very frustrating to missclick over an infantry/cav unit instead a layer of wall (a lot in treaty). Mortars dont need that micro while culvs arent countered by everything

I meant, that Indian military cards are way more critical and not as optional as Europeon. Indian cards make units from below average to normal, rather than buffing them up. Missing an Indian card is a greater loss, than in any other case. It takes 3 cards to make Elephants viable, 2 cards to make Camels near to average. 1 card to make Gurkha a normal skirm.

It sort of depends on playstyle, if u spamming barracks and mohouts/siege ele, then you would be short on wood too, else definitely short of Gold. I have gold or wood defficiency in most matches, but we both can agree there is an economic deficiancy that needs to be cured.

Are there other way to play?? Hahaha. Its the only way to keep the pressure, forcing enemies to take down barracks instead kill units. Also it keeps the flow of units

Haha , Yea you cant win without spamming barracks, cause you dont have mortars to destroy enemy infrastructure from far away , and the slow train time wastes ALOT of pop and time.

Pushing in through the enemy lines is very hard as India. As there are no units like: Swedish Lanskanet. Griot+Maigidi, Cannons/Mortars, Daimyo, Flag Ability, Opro, Doppel etc etc etc etc that can tear through the enemy

I made a suggestion for a unit to fill the Falconet role and also provide ranged siege.

That and an upgrade to reduce training times would solve most of India’s issues.

So I made her own theme. Many of those improvements that you have suggested could be incorporated into the wonders.

esse tema que você fez ficou muito bom karmi era pra dar mais 5% por era, e a torre da vitória ter mais 25% ou 15% de treino pra infantaria

IMO 90% of India’s treaty problems could be fixed if they were given a way to produce units in groups of 10 instead of 5, if the Karni Mata aura boost was increased in area and strength by a significant amount in the later ages, and if the Siege Elephant’s light cavalry tag was removed.
Ideally, a way to produce Urumi slowly from one of the Wonders would be useful as well, but not as necessary.

Beyond that, their units are reliable and do what they’re supposed to, and their economy isn’t something to sneeze at; I’d personally rank it a solid B+ tier.

Despite having the battlefield construction UI, mansabdar sepoy cant build, it happens to you??

yea its always been there  they finally have added the functionality to select mansabdar unit when you do ‘select all units’ on a non-mansab unit.

but the problem to not be able to build from mansab sepoy exists since ever.

I know but they have the menu to do it

Oh! they got the option to build too ! havent noticed that recently, as im just not playing much.

But yea they have the option to build, but are not able to build it. its a bug in usual Indian update fashion i.e. if you fix one bug, introduce new one   Raise it

(just the type of stuff that led me to not play this game as much i used to  also many of my friends also not playing anymore for similar reasons  )

Now that KotM civs can deploy armies through the map easily, I cant see how deploying mansabdars on HC points (at least on imperial for Sup balance) can be OP.

sim sim e totalmente quebrado esse questão do teletransporte não faz sentido nem um ter essa mecânica no jogo, os mansabdars deveriam ter a possibilidade de guarnecer em alguma torre ou centro urbano.

what about consualte units using ship points? might get a little op if japan is sending consulate units to the dymos.

its just part of the logic if this… then that…

That doesn’t work.

The armies that you can send as shipments are very costly in terms of export. and these armies are only available once. and these shipments costs 1000 years to become a reality, meanwhile they take pop space of the same.

Basically, u’ll be blocking 45 pop and at last minute u’ll see the Forward Shipment point being destroyed and the 15 gendarmes dropping at your own home. Export if worthless  in “most” scenarios

While hatamotos wont do it, Im fine with that too

India is at the bottom of the C tier with the Aztecs in the treaty. They need more than what you mentioned to be competitive for the treaty

In my opinion camels need a buff, specially sowar, it would have more damage (at least vs inf) cause they have less HP. It would be a kind of uhlan.

They have a +30% attack buff card, then there’s the 15% melee attack buff and the 10% attack and HP buff and the Shivajis tactics card that grants 5% hp/attack to all units.

I saw they’re fine as far as cavalry is concerned, it’s AOE damage that they’re lacking. As outside of shipments they don’t have anything that does AOE outside of mahouts.
