Tatars have Silk Armor. Not only is that a unique feature, it’s literally a unique technology. Silk armor makes their cav archers just as good as Mongols, Huns, Cumans, & Magyars (until Magyars researches their unique tech).

So what?! So you are just saying their cav arch don’t have anything special except this unique tech, what is the feature for cav archer it self comparing to huns or mongols?! It is nothing.
They need special feature for their own cav archers, like more hit points or less cost or faster training time.

All those are taken by other civs. They get 2 important CA techs for free, also get +2 LoS and hill bonus

None of them is unique, i think they should give them +25% hp or 20% faster training time

They have 2 free techs, they get to overpower Huns and Mongols Cav Archers early on, and win on the back of it. The entire game is not maxed up Imp Age 200 pop armies clashing.

HP is taken by Turks and Vietnamese. Training time is part of Cuman UT. Tatars don’t need more CA related stuff, that’ll just make them one dimensional

Well what the unique with Tatars cav arch?! Except the +1pa they are not unique, they need a feature for their cav arch like other cav arch civs

Mongols shot 20% faster, Huns have discount even if they are cav civ not cav arch civ!!! Cumans have 50% training faster tech, what the Tatars have as a unique feature for their cav arch?!

I think the best is give them 25% or 30% faster training time or 15% discount starting in castle age
Compared to Magyars and Turk CA which are only distinguished with their unique tech and no bonus, Tatars have UT+ free techs and LOS.
I don’t know why you disregard free thumb ring, it’s a expensive tech in castle age and you get it free immediately

The Magyars and Turks are not cav arch civ, yeah just simply like that, they are cav civ and gunpowder civ, but when we are talking about Tatars as a cav arch civ actually they have nothing special as cav arch civ for their cav archers!!! Free upgrades does not mean a unique or special feature, it is just saving some goods in the bank nothing else!!! When other civs upgrade those techs there will be nothing special for Tatars cav archers except the +1pa right?!!!
This is why i wrote this post, since they are cav arch civ then give them a special cav archers features and i don’t mind if they remove the free upgrades and made them with cost or one of them and add some features to Tatars’s cav archers, fair or not? What do you think?
Oh? With a viable cavalry UU and a pretty stacked stable, me and my mates hereby name Tatars a Cavalry civ
