Are you saying bombards aren’t overpowered, or that people aren’t saying they are.
Personally I find them to be in a fine balance spot, but both here and the reddit there are numerous threads calling for great bombard nerfs. Ottomans however as a civ have a strong argument for being the strongest in the game right now, so the civ should be nerfed in some manner probably.
