These SteamDB updates can also be completely meaningless. Sometimes the game gets a “blank” update because of automatic backend processes, things like manifest refreshes, depot hash changes, or build pipeline tests. Still, we can hope for the best.
True and yet we had basically 3-6 months of 1.5 updates a workday. Which would disavow that theory.
which developer? information comes from?
Thank you for continuing to provide us with the latest news.
“What’s steamdb aoe3de happen”
Is the greatest philosophical question (minus a question mark, let alone correct sentence structure) the AOE3 community have ever asked.
lets go xbox showcase … looks like a good stage to announce something
Danish and Polish for Age of Empires IV probably ![]()
(Danish coming in the form of vikings anyway)
seems youre right
nothing about AOE 2 and 3 and myth, only announcing the Viking DLC for AOE4
See? It’s really nothingburger. You all hope too much.
I have no hope for this game.
You know, I think AOE3 would be better suited for a remake using a new engine. Especially considering the rumors about the development of an upcoming Age of Empires game on the Unreal Engine. And I feel like an AOE3 remake could be a great candidate for an AOE game built on the Unreal Engine.
Steamdb changes continue btw., new one 8 hrs ago
Steamdb change nr.1000000000 ![]()
Yeah a remake and a correction of all gameplay mistakes or give an option for players to choose from
If so, I guess you would not come back here again.
I’m sure AOE3 will rebirth this year. The time is closer and closer.
I just come here when I’m bored.
someone really gates the age of empires community then.
Unreal Engine is notorious for bad net code and poor performance. it is just not that good for multiplayer games.
It is good for single player dudes tho.
xbox game studios did get a new leader this year, and I think the changes kinda begun around the same time, so even if they are actually reviving the game, it is very difficult for the new leader to just admit the former one did something stupid. Corporations don’t work like that, unfortunately
