So twice now my elo decided to reset to 1600. The first time I lost 85 elo and the 2nd time 152 elo. Is this a known issue or is it just happening to me?
Similar ELO issues have been already reported in multiple different posts:
it’s been a month or so and my ELO still has not changed. I’ve reinstalled the game, etc etc. still does not work. I had another topic made but since I replied 3x and still had no luck with help from devs etc I cannot comment on the thread anymore so i’m making this one in order to be HELPED. Quite frustrating.
I’ve played numerous ranked “elo” games and have got the screen at the end 1600 +21 = 1621 or whatever but rating never changes in the lobby. multiple games and yes it was checked off to be ranked.

each time I win ( no matter if 1v1 or in teams ) I don’t gain any points added to my elo rank
but win I lose or even when game drop I always lose points in my elo rank
and this is very frustrating
no matter also if I win someone with higher elo or lower elo I don’t get any added points when I win
what do
please help
