Major UI Bug, can't move, can't do anything except watch the game

In the middle of the game the UI, and the game will become completely un-interactable. I can’t move the screen, I cant click on units, I can’t select anything with the keyboard. nothing. However, the game continues to play, and I can see, and hear everything going on.

This happens to me occasionally too, and I literally can’t even alt+f4 or use the task manager to end the application, I have to restart my entire system. I have no idea what even triggers it, if I did I’d make sure to avoid doing it every time.

I have had this in the past, it was solved due to window file or game file corruptions from a BSOD. if you have had few bsod it could be the cause. I had to restore to previous image and reinstall the game.
