  • Build: 40220
  • Platform: Steam
  • Operating System: Windows 10

  • Region: South America (Brazil server I guess)

:arrow_forward: ISSUE

Since the last update a terribly amount of ranked team games have at least one person disconnected. This, at least in my experience, didn’t happen so much before this patch.
It always happen on ranked games. Lobby games don’t have that much disconnections.
Ended up playing more than 10 ranked matches and only one did not disconnect.
Every time the profile pic of the person who disconnects doesn’ load in the loading screen (it replaces the unit icon with a black square) and that person disconnects just after the match start.
In the case where I end up being disconnected (happened to me 2 times of all those matches) my loading screen doesn’t show any check mark on the players or, in the other case, I receive the message “You have been disconnected from Multiplayers services”. Said message never happened me before nor I had my internet down (Discord was working normally).

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Play a ranked game selecting 2vs2, 3vs3 or 4vs4
  2. Look how a player in the loading screen doesn’t have a profile pic
  3. Look how that player disconnected

I’ve included the many replays of the games and the log file from the sessions. If another file (Wireshark logs) or procedure could be helpful to reach a solution I’m willing to help.

Thank you for posting about this. I have been posting about this, as well as others, as Kinquest’s post above mentions, yet we still have heard nothing for weeks.

For me it has been happening for weeks (either myself, or another person in the team game disconnects). I hope this finally gets attention.
